reimbursement for the cost of washing the special clothing (except for washing shirts)
reimbursement for the cost of the application fee and other related expenses

reimbursement for the cost of suitable protective clothing
the applicable overtime rate for the time it takes to get home
reimbursement for reasonable travel expenses with a minimum of $38.50 per day
reimbursement for the cost of any travelling expenses
Payment at the minimum hourly rate (including any relevant all purpose allowances) for time
spent in travel in excess of the time it normally takes to get home from the yard, depot or garage
