NETconsent can be set to check
whether you have any outstanding
actions.

Processing Mandatory Documents
Mandatory
documents MUST
be processed prior
to login

The login button is
disabled

Snooze Button
This user has the
Snooze button
enabled, enabling a
“quick bypass”
which can be set to
be available always
or only when there
are no Mandatory
documents for the
user to process

time-limit for the
you to process
before becoming
Mandatory.

Querying Documents
If you decide to
Query a document,
you have to give a
free-text reason.
This reason is
emailed to the
Document Owner

Accepting Documents
If you Accept a
Policy/Procedure
(or completes an
eLearning Module),
you select the
“Accept” button

Your response is
confirmed by
requesting that you
input your network
password to
confirm it was you
that selected the
action

Testing Your Understanding and Awareness
If applicable, The
Associated Test is
now displayed for
you to take within
a set period of
time.

Launch NETconsent from the System Tray
You can launch the kiosk from the
system tray, either click the NETconsent
Icon or Right Click & select ‘Open
NETconsent’.
This allows you to access NETconsent
and process documents when it is
convenient to you
