However the louvred garden lights should be assembled as follows: 1. Press the top of the lampshade into Tier A. 2. Slide Tier B onto the tapered end of the lampshade and secure in the slots provided. 3. Secure Tier C onto the bottom of the lampshade by aligning each lug with the slots provided on Tier C. The most efficient way to secure Tier C to the lampshade is to use both thumbs either side of each lug and push down until they click into place. 4. Loop the cable over the top of the connector and push it into the recess provided on each side. Note the arrows moulded on the connectors, indicating the top. 5. Push the connector into the stem and gently pull the cable down. If low level lighting is required, omit the stem and connector and loop the cable over the top of the stake instead. 6. For standard height lighting, push the stake into the other end of the stem. 7. Slide the connector into the socket by aligning the exposed cable with the flat inner walls of the socket. Push the connector firmly in until it is secured. 8. Carefully push the bulb into the top of the socket. 9. Insert the socket into the underside of Tier C by aligning the lugs with the grooves and twist the socket into place. 10. Carefully push the garden light into soft ground. If the ground is hard, prepare a small hole. 11. Repeat the above procedure for each light. 1. 2. 3. 4. 5.
