Day 1: Taster session
You’ll meet the rest of the team and the staff who will be running the programme.
This is an informal getting to know you session to see if team is right for you.

You’ll take part in a range of different activities during the week where we can start to
plan for your development.

This week is all about building the team and new experiences. You’ll take part in a
range of activities to help you develop as a team and an individual.

As a team you’ll choose a community project to complete , this will give you real life
experience of employability skills.

This is a great chance to use the employability skills you developed on your community
project and test out a career you might be interested in.
