Since its establishment in 2007 in NZ, Elusion ® has seen exciting growth in demand for their Electronic
Cigarette and are now operating in Australia and the UK.
The Elusion Electronic Cigarette is a rechargeable, battery powered device which delivers realistic looking
atomized vapour. As it provides a similar look and feel to a traditional cigarette it offers a safer alternative
to smokers.
It is important to note that Elusion® does not claim to be a smoking cessation device. The product is
marketed as a safer alternative to the habit of smoking.

Who is Elusion for?
The Elusion Electronic Cigarette is designed for smokers aged over 18 years. Elusion E-Cigarettes are an
alternative to traditional tobacco cigarettes and are not designed to be a smoking cessation device.
Can I consume an Elusion E-Cigarette anywhere?
As an Elusion Electronic Cigarette does not burn tobacco they can be used in areas where smoking is
generally banned. An Elusion E- Cigarette produces an odourless, colourless vapour when inhaled. Though
this vapour disappears in a matter of seconds we suggest you verify with personnel at your intended
location before using the e-cigarette.
Can Elusion be used to quit smoking?
Elusion should not be treated as a quit smoking device. An Elusion E-Cigarette can provide long-term
smokers with a convenient alternative to traditional tobacco cigarettes and can help them to control their
usual smoking habits.
Can I use Elusion Electronic Cigarettes when pregnant or breastfeeding?
We do not advise using Elusion products during pregnancy or while breast feeding. Please consult with a
medical professional for further information.
How does an Elusion E-Cigarette work?
An Elusion E-Cigarette comprises of a rechargeable battery and a replaceable cartridge. When the cartridge
is inhaled upon, the atomiser within the cartridge activates and a small amount of liquid steam (vapour) is
released. The vapour disappears within several seconds.
Is an Elusion E-Cigarette better for me than a conventional cigarette?
An Elusion E-Cigarette does not contain tar, carbon monoxide, or other cancer causing chemicals found in
traditional cigarettes. Nor do they produce unsightly ash, or a lingering odour caused by traditional
tobacco cigarettes.
Are my Elusion Products under warranty?
Yes, all Elusion merchandise comes with a three (3) month manufacturer’s parts warranty. Consumers
need to keep their receipt in a safe place, as they will need to provide Elusion with proof of purchase.

CARTRIDGES
What is an Elusion E- Cigarette Cartridge?
A cartridge is one of the two main components of an Elusion E-Cigarette. A cartridge is made up of an
atomizer, an inhaler and a liquid container. Cartridges are disposable and will need to be replaced after
between 150 - 250 puffs. The cartridge is the smaller of the 2 components of an Elusion E-Cigarette and
screws firmly onto the battery piece. You should always dispose of cartridges appropriately after use –
please do not litter.

What do the cartridges taste like?
The taste of the Standard Elusion E-Cigarette cartridge is similar to cigarettes branded as LIGHT.
What is in the Liquid Cartridge?
An Elusion cartridge contains Propylene Glycol, Flavouring and Water. The liquid is emitted as harmless
vapour once atomized. If irritation occurs you should discontinue use immediately.
How long does a cartridge last?
One cartridge should last between 150 - 250 puffs, depending on the amount you inhale per use.
BATTERY:
How do I charge the battery in the USB kit?
The Elusion E-Cigarette normally comes partly charged but we recommend the battery should be initially charged for
6 hours. Screw battery into USB, insert USB into computer– the red light comes on the USB and the end of the
battery lights up. When fully charged the light on the end of the battery will go out.
How long does the battery last?
We recommend you charge your Elusion battery on a nightly basis to ensure the e-cigarette is conveniently
charged for the next time you wish to use the device. The Elusion Battery should last up to 250 puffs
depending on usage. When the indicator light at the front of the battery flashes 5 consecutive times; this
indicates the battery needs recharging. The average life of the battery is 300 discharge cycles.

The component above (the battery) is attached to a cartridge. The consumer simply inhales up on the
cartridge and atomisation takes place. When the cartridge is not being inhaled the device is not activated.

RECHARGEABLE HOLDER CASE:
How do I charge my Elusion battery in the Starter Kit?
Screw the Elusion® battery into the Rechargeable Holder Case. Press and hold the button in the middle of
the case for at least three (3) seconds. A red light will appear on the left hand side of the rechargeable
holder case when the battery is charging. As soon as it is charged, the light will turn off on the battery.
Please note the charge indicator on the holder case is for the case not the e-cigarette.
Please charge the Elusion® Battery and Rechargeable Holder Case for 6 hours before use.
Please note: The battery and Rechargeable Holder Case can be charged simultaneously
