GENERAL FUNCTION
To gain relevant experience in teaching ESL, specifically to refugees. To assist in lesson planning and
actual teaching of conversational ESL and the structure of the English language. To work with students
ranging in pre-literate to advanced levels of English.
RESPONSIBILITIES





Create and execute activities for conversation groups
Plan lessons for ESL classes
Respond to questions students may have regarding material in an appropriate manner
Recruit new students for new classes
Plan around the different levels of students in order to more effectively meet the needs of every
students in a class
QUALIFICATIONS
Education



Undergraduate Student pursuing a degree with an International or Educational focus
Junior or Senior Standing
