is based on a GPA of 4.0 and above.
Calcula ng Weighted Grade Point Average Honors credit is awarded for all passing grades earned by 10th, 11th, and 12th
grade students in honors courses. A maximum of 22 semesters of honors
credit will be used to calculate weighted GPA. The grade point average for students
with honors courses shall be computed as follows:
Weighted GPA = Base GPA + # of Honors Semester Courses Passed (22 semesters
max) x 0.02128
Gradua on Requirements Nineteen academic credits are required for gradua on: English—4 credits,
Math—3 credits, Science—2 credits, US History—1 credit, US Government
½ credit, Civics —½ credit, Fine Arts, Foreign Language or Voc. Ed.—1 credit,
Health—½ credit, Consumer Ed.—½ credit, PE & Elec ves—6 credits
