SAUCE 12 – Admin notice
NURC has received the 500 Euro refundable deposit from the following universities:
Florence
Lübeck
Bremen
West of England
Cambridge
ECOLE TECHNOLOGIE SUPERIEURE – QUEBEC
ESIA X 2 (Ryujin and Aquatics teams)
Ecole Palaiseau
ENSIETA (two teams)
These teams have confirmed places for the 2012 SAUCE challenge and preparations are being made for their attendance.
Other university teams that have expressed an interest are requested to forward their deposit as soon as possible for
inclusion in this year’s competition.
The NURC cafeteria will be available for lunch during the competition, teams are requested to inform the organisers if they intend
having breakfast there also.
It has also been brought to our attention that during last year’s competition some users of the Italian Navy accommodation eat in their
cafeteria but did not pay. Teams can use this facility but MUST pay for the food themselves at the time.
There will be a bus from the accommodation to NURC, leaving at 0830 and returning at 1630. Please indicate on the form below if you
intend using the service or are bringing your own car/minibus etc.
