• Work to adopt P.O. approval process that
include a determination of allowable costs
and program alignment.
• Request an invite to planning meetings.
Proactivity is Key
• Communicate regularly with the program
coordinator.
• Develop and employ a process to ensure
MUNIS/Ranking Reports are not changed without
being reflected in the other.
