In an attempt to move with the times and offer time poor golfers an attractive membership
alternative, the Oxley Golf Club has introduced Pay for Play membership. The Club sees this
as a opportunity to allow golfers who have limited availability to play golf, due to other
commitments, the ability to be a member of a club, have a handicap and play in club
competitions, all at a reasonably priced figure .
With a small upfront payment to meet administration and affiliation costs, players are then
able to access the course with the payment of a fee. What is unusual with this new
membership is that it allows FULL access to the course and the ability to compete in normal
club competitions, yes even Saturdays.
The Club is confident that their current 7 day members will not be inconvenienced as this new
category will have restricted access to the Saturday timesheet, which at this point is limited
to 14 days in advance. With currently 30 to 40 vacant time slots available most Saturdays
the club feels that both full members and pay for play members can be accommodated.

Full 7 Day access to the course, compete in Club competitions, including Saturdays.
Golf Australia Handicap.
Full use of the Practice Facilities.
Member pricing in the Clubhouse and Pro Shop.
Access to our Reciprocal Club network.

Currently No Joining Fee.
Conditions

Ineligible to win Club Special Events (Club Championships, Honour Board, etc)

Cost to Play Saturdays 18 Holes - $40 plus Competition fee if applicable

Cost to Play all other days 18 Holes- $27 plus Competition fee if applicable
•
Cost to Play 9 Holes (7 days a week) - $21 plus Competition fee if applicable
For a short time only the Club will waive the subscription component for the remainder of the
2015-2016 subscription year (that is up to 30th June 2016) once payment of the 2016-2017
subscription is made. That means you can be a member of Oxley Golf Club from
now until June 2017 for only a $300 upfront payment.
