Themed “Powering the Green Economy” the 6th IGEM 2015 continues to take the green lead in the region by gathering an outstanding ensemble of like-minded industry players and professionals from various sectors, public and private, big and small, local and foreign, new as well as established, to explore and seize the many opportunities from the exciting and emerging green market in the country and the region towards sustainable growth and development for the future. 2. In conjunction with IGEM 2015, MATRADE will be organizing an Incoming Buying Mission (IBM). In this regard, we would like to invite your company to meet with the Malaysian manufacturers, exporters and service providers in a one (1) day one-to-one pre-arranged business meetings at Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre (KLCC) on 9 September 2015 and as our special guest for the Opening Ceremony of IGEM 2015 on 10 September 2015. The programme is as per Appendix I. 3. IGEM 2015 will be an effective venue for green products and services buyers and sellers to meet and conduct transactions. The target sectors for IGEM 2015 are as follows: Energy & Energy Efficiency Green Building Materials Eco-Products And Related Services 4. Foreign buyers attending the business meetings are entitled to complimentary accommodation (one room per company) up to maximum of 4 days 3 nights stay (8-11 September 2015) and airport transfers. Buyers are advised to arrive in Kuala Lumpur by 8 September 2015. However, should you intend to stay longer for follow-up meetings or factory visits, you will need to bear the additional costs incurred. 5. Interested companies should submit the Reply Form (Appendix II) with clear indication on the products / services of your interest as early as possible and preferably well before the deadline of 1 July 2015. To match your company with the correct Malaysian suppliers or service providers, kindly use the list of product codes attached (Appendix III). Buyers are encouraged to follow up on their meetings with Malaysian companies by conducting factory visits after the business meetings programme ends. 6.
