The shuttle will drop off and pick up at the L.A. Coliseum at the Northeast corner of 39th St. and Figueroa St. For off-site transportation updates, please visit www.usctrojans.com. • Carpools Due to parking constraints near the Coliseum, carpooling is encouraged. The carpool lane northbound on the 110 Harbor freeway can exit directly to the Coliseum via the 39th St. exit. Exiting at 39th St. allows for easy access to Figueroa St. and North Coliseum Drive. Please note there is no carpool lane heading south towards the Coliseum on the 110 Harbor Freeway. Shrine Auditorium Parking • The The Shrine Auditorium is located on the corner of 32nd Street and Figueroa Street. The venue offers public parking on game days; however the opening times and prices vary. Campus Parking • USC Parking is $20 for cars in Parking Structure 1 located at Flower St. and Exposition Blvd. Campus parking lots will open 5 hours before kickoff. Note that there will be a small walk to the Coliseum. Please provide yourself adequate time for entry into the stadium before kickoff. Please visit www.usc.edu/parking for more information on game day parking on campus. 4 Complex Parking • Coliseum Coliseum parking rates are $20 for cars and $80 for recreational vehicles and buses. Priority support group members are mailed parking passes for reserved lots. All parking lots will open five hours prior to kickoff. Please allow plenty of time for entrance into the Coliseum. Fan Fest • Trojan For the first time ever, the USC Athletic Department is hosting a tailgate-style Fan Fest for the whole family. The Trojan Fan Fest is located on the grass directly outside the Peristyle entrance on the East side of the Coliseum. Official Team Trojan merchandise, entertainment, food, beverages and family activities will be available inside. Admission is free. Make this a ‘must stop’ on your way into the stadium! Times • Game Due to a contractual agreement with the Pac-10 Conference, the various networks that show USC football games have the option of selecting a game for televised broadcast with 12 or even 6 days notice. This selection process affects kickoff times. The most up-to-date kickoff time information is available by calling (888) TROY-TIME or by visiting our website at ww.usctrojans.com. Policies • Stadium Per the request of the Los Angeles Police Department, there are no in-and-out privileges at the L.A. Coliseum during USC Football Games. Once you leave the Coliseum, no re-entry will be allowed. The following items are NOT ALLOWED in the Coliseum: Large bags bigger than 12x12, alcoholic beverages, balls, frisbees, balloons, banners, horns, laser devices, boom boxes, folding or beach chairs, hard shell coolers, picnic baskets, fireworks, weapons, knives, explosives, cans and glass bottles, strollers, illegal drugs, inflatables, noisemakers, back packs, long poles or sticks, umbrellas, professional cameras and video equipment. The Coliseum and USC game management has the authority to prohibit any other items deemed to be a security risk. Patrons will be required to discard or return such items to their vehicles or residence. Non-reusable sealed water bottles will be allowed into the stadium. Measures • Security In order to provide a safe environment for our fans, items that are carried into the stadium will be inspected at all entry gates. Gates open 1.5 hours prior to kickoff. To avoid delays, you are encouraged to enter the Coliseum early. • Ticket Information and Stadium Gates - Ticket Policy A USC Football ticket holder is restricted to seating in the location that appears on the tickets and agrees to abide by stadium and University policies, as well as City, State and Federal laws. USC reserves the right to revoke tickets by refund of purchase. - Ticket Policy Tickets may be purchased on a cash basis at all sales locations. We accept Visa, MasterCard & Discover at Gate #1 and Gate #4. - Advanced Ticket Sales Ticket sales for home games may be purchased by calling the USC ticket office at 213-740-GO SC or by visiting us on the web at www.usctrojans.com. Electronic tickets may also be purchased online at www.usctrojans.com. Bring printed ticket and present it at Gate 28A for entry into the Stadium. - Day Of Game Day of Game - All ticket booths open three hours prior to kickoff. Ticket booths are located on the outside of Gates 1 and 4. Ticket sales for future home games will go on sale at the beginning of the third quarter in the advance ticket booth located on the inside of the perimeter gates, adjacent to Gate #31, on the East End of the Stadium. Sales will continue through the end of the fourth quarter. Unauthorized ticket selling at the Coliseum is prohibited and violators will be prosecuted. 8 - Children Children under the age of 3, seated on the lap of an adult, do not require a ticket. Reserved child tickets for fans ages 3-12 are $20 and may be purchased over the counter in the USC Ticket Office or at the Coliseum on game day. This offer does NOT apply to UCLA or Notre Dame games. - Group Discounts Groups of 20 or more save $10 off reserved tickets for five home games (not available for UCLA or Notre Dame). Group benefits include complimentary 2005 Football Media Guide, football poster and schedule cards. For Group Tickets please call (213) 740-4170. - Lost and Stolen Ticket Policy As a service to our season ticket holders, replacement passes for lost tickets can be obtained the day of the game at Will Call, located in front of Gate 4, at the Coliseum. The full price of the tickets must be paid at the time the duplicates are issued, plus a service charge of $20. A photo I.D. is required for picking up replacement passes. In the event that the original tickets are found, they may be returned within 30 days of the event to the USC Ticket Office for a refund (less the $20 service charge). - Will-Call Booths Located outside of Gate 4, opens three hours prior to kickoff and closes just before halftime. At halftime, Will Call will move to Gate 33 at the east end of the Coliseum and will remain open until the start of the 4th quarter. All Will Call tickets are distributed from the booth windows in alphabetical order by surname. You must have a photo I.D. to claim all Will Call tickets. Please arrive early to avoid long lines. - Player Guest and Opponent Guest Will Call Player Guests may pick up their tickets at the Will Call area located inside of Gate 33. These booths open 1.5 hours before kickoff. Picture I.D. will be required for all ticket pick-ups. Opponent Player Guests may pick up their tickets at Gate 16 starting 1.5 hours before kickoff. Picture I.D. will be required for all ticket pick-ups. 9 - Coliseum Entry Gates You may enter the Coliseum through Gates 1, 4, 11, 16, 19 and 23. Gate 28A is used for those that purchased their ticket online and printed it out at home. Gate 28 is for student entry only. Layout • Stadium - Coliseum and Ticket Seating Information There are 93 numbered rows in most sections of the Coliseum. The Tunnels enter the Coliseum at Row 43 and Row 68. Each section is divided between low (i.e. seats 1,2,3 etc.) and high (i.e. seats 101,102,103) seating. If you are standing in the tunnel facing the playing field, the low seats (i.e. seats 1,2,3 etc) are to your left and the high (i.e. 101,102,103 etc) seats are to your right. Please enter Tunnels as noted on your ticket. No lateral traffic is 10 11 permitted inside the Coliseum seating area. - Customer Service The Coliseum Office is located in the east end of the stadium, just south of the Olympic torch, directly below the stadium temperature gauge. The office can be reached at (213) 747-7111 - Game Management Office Located in the east end of the stadium, just north of the Olympic torch, directly below the Stadium Clock, in the North Office. - First Aid The Coliseum hospital is located on the Concourse level (Row 68), across from Tunnel 6. Roaming First Aid teams are located at the Tunnels on the north, south, west and east sides of the Stadium. Please contact the nearest usher or security officer if medical attention is needed. - Doctors On-Call OTHERS ANTICIPATING EMERGENCY CALLS: You must register your seat location (Tunnel/Row/Seat) at the Coliseum office or with your answer exchange so that a messenger can be sent to notify you. YOU WILL NOT BE PAGED OVER THE PUBLIC ADDRESS SYSTEM. - Police Headquarters Located inside the Coliseum gates at Tunnel 14. - Lost and Found Located in the Coliseum office. Found items may be given to any usher in your section who will turn them in to the office. For more information please call (213) 747-7111, weekdays 8:30a.m. – 4:30p.m. - Restrooms Located immediately inside the Coliseum gates at Tunnels 19-20 and 26-27 (on the north side) adjacent to Tunnels 2-3 and 9-10 (on the south side), and Tunnels 13-14 (on the west side). Restrooms are also located throughout the Concourse level (Row 68). Outside the Coliseum gates, a permanent restroom is located at Gate 4. Portable restrooms are located at various locations throughout Exposition Park. - Telephones Located inside Gate 6 next to the ATM. - ATMs 12 Located on yard level at Gates 6, 14 and 23 - Drinking Fountains Located at various locations next to the restrooms. - Escalators Are available for those who need assistance up stairs for upper level seating. Escalators are adjacent to sections 4, 11 and 19 and will exit at Row 68. Please do not crowd the escalators nor jump while riding on them as this causes escalators to shut down. - Elevator Located at Tunnel 6. This is for handicap accessibility only. - Concessions Concession stands providing many choices of delicious game day foods and refreshing Coca-Cola products are located on Yard level outside of Tunnels 4, 6, 16 and 23. Additional concessions are located on the Concourse level outside every other tunnel. Please note that concessions will not be serving alcohol. 13 throughout the ground level inside the stadium. You may also purchase Services • Disability - Parking Parking for the disabled is available in each of the six paved parking lots, which are operated by Classic Parking. All parking is handled on a first-come, first-serve basis. - Stadium Entry Wheelchair or disabled patrons may enter the stadium through a designated entrance located at each of the seven Coliseum Entry Gates. For assistance, please ask a ticket taker or security officer. - Disabled Seating Prior to game day, reserved seating in a wheelchair section is available through the USC Ticket Office on a seasonal or individual game basis. On game day, patrons with a current game ticket who need wheelchair seating will be accommodated on a first-come, first-serve basis. - Assisted Listening Devices Assisted listening devices can be checked-out at the South Coliseum office in the Peristyle end of the Coliseum. • Souvenirs - Game Programs Look for SC Trojans, the official USC Football souvenir magazine as you enter the Coliseum. The game program offers fans up-to-date information, game previews, colorful features, interviews, rosters, depth charts, stats and more. - Posters To request a 2005 USC Football schedule poster, send one dollar for postage (limit four posters) to: USC Sports Information, HER-103, Los Angeles, CA 90089-0601 - Media Guides To request a 2005 USC Football Media Guide, send a $20 check or money order made payable to “USC” to: USC Sports Information, HER-103, Los Angeles, CA 90089-0601. - Merchandise A large variety of USC Football merchandise is available at the USC Bookstore shop near Gate 1. Other merchandise stands are located 14 items at the official Fan Store at www.usctrojans.com and the Trojan Fan Fest outside of the Peristyle end before kickoff.
