Pt Rd from “t’ intersection on left) READ THIS CHECKLIST COMPLETELY BEFORE STARTING AND THEN KEEP IT WITH YOU WHILST SETTING OUT THE FIELDS It will be more self explanatory when the equipment is in front of you Important INFORM ALL RELEVANT PEOPLE OF THE CORRECT PROCEDURE WITH THE INSTALLATION OF THE GOALPOSTS AND THE MANAGER MUST GO AROUND AND CHECK THAT THIS HAS BEEN DONE CORRECTLY BEFORE ANY GAMES START Take out bins from the end of the clubhouse cage and take them down to the main entrance bin cage and swap over with empty bins, (both G1 keys). 2 bins for tonight’s game. 1 near the field & 1 near canteen. Ground Control Vest must be worn Open up the 2 gear rooms and southern change room and check that the toilets have toilet paper Return oval 1 goal area ropes and poles and cricket pitch ropes and poles to gear room 1. SEPERATE, goal ropes from poles and return all to hooks on left on the wall (not on the ground) Southern change room Steel substitute benches (x2) to the sideline, Gear Room 2 Line Marker -Take machine out of the room and then fill if required with the scoop. Ladders for tying goalpost nets (if required) Gear Room 1 Safety cones to be placed at main entrance ambulance gate (x6) Corner and half way flags Goal nets (with 4 cones) and Peg buckets (pegs, hammer, spanner) GOALPOSTS All goalposts and socket cap bolts are to be secured so as NOT TO BE ABLE TO BE REMOVED BY HAND (vandals-thieves). Insert loosely by hand first, align threads, then secure with the spanner. Two bolts MUST be used in each goalpost upright and secured Training position Socket caps MUST have bolts securing them to the socket and secured Goalposts From sideline training positions, remove lowest bolts only, from both uprights of goalposts. With spigot still attached to goalpost, and the 2 bolts just removed, take them all over to the goal areas. Remove inground socket caps from goal area and with their bolts, take these straight back over to the sideline training positions and place in the open sockets. Pt Rd to “t’ intersection on right) Southern change room Return Steel substitute benches (x2) to the southern change room, Gear Room 2 Line Marker –Ensure that both line marking machines are in the room and that the lime drum (blue) has been securely closed (Latched) Ladders in gear room 2 if required for the goal nets (and returned) Gear Room 1 Return safety cones from main entrance ambulance gate (x6) Return corner and half way flags Return nets (with their 4 cones on the nets in the bucket) and peg buckets (check you have spanners, pegs and mallet) Pick up all rubbish from the fields, surrounds and the carpark Return all garbage bins to the clubhouse side storage cage and lock padlock Goalposts These goalposts are to stay in their position for the weekend games LOCK UP Change rooms Both gear rooms Goalpost storage fence chain and padlock (top oval) Both garbage bin storage areas (clubhouse side and main entrance) Ambulance gate (if opened) Main entrance gate upon leaving (important) If clubroom is locked up and you have the completed match sheet with you, GENTLY slide the sheet under the clubroom door (don’t want to set off the motion sensor alarm) ONCE PACK UP IS COMPLETED, RETURN ALL EQUIPMENT TO THE APPROPRIATE GEAR ROOMS IN THEIR CORRECT PLACES, SO IT IS AS EASY AS POSSIBLE FOR THE NEXT TEAM TO DO THEIR GROUND CONTROL.
