The GRAHAM Group is a privately owned company operating in the asset management,
construction and project investment sectors.
GRAHAM Facilities Management brings technical and
commercial expertise fused with innovation and a ‘can
do’ attitude which generates real value for our clients
by reducing cost whilst improving service and asset
performance.
GRAHAM Facilities Management have a proven track
record in successful delivery of asset management and
maintenance solutions across the UK ranging from single
sites to complex geographically dispersed multi-site
operations.

GRAHAM Asset Management encompasses five trading divisions in the delivery of a wide range of facilities
management, multi-discipline maintenance, energy management, occupational health & safety services and
fire and security across the UK and Ireland.

Total FM
GRAHAM Facilities Management has the ability to
provide a full range of hard, soft and professional
services through self delivery supported by a proven
supply chain.
This allows us to reduce management overheads and
to have a holistic view of how an estate operates and
performs.
The total FM service provides our clients with a single
point of contact and support on estate strategy and
cost savings.

GRAHAM FM can draw upon the knowledge of the
other GRAHAM Asset Management business units to
assist clients with associated facilities management
improvements and services which complement our

Hard FM
Building Fabric Maintenance and Installations
We provide a wide range of fabric maintenance
services ranging from standard handyman tasks
such as installing shelves and notice boards to more
specialized fabric related activities including roofing,
carpet fitting, painting and decorating and joinery
works.
Electrical Services:
Emergency lighting testing and maintenance, periodic
electrical inspection and testing, reactive electrical
maintenance and repair services, thermal imaging,
voltage optimisation and minor works installations.
Mechanical and Electrical
All mechanical and electrical activities undertaken
comply with current Statutory and Health & Safety
legislation.
We undertake reactive maintenance works for all
services including 24-hour emergency call outs using
our highly experienced directly employed teams,
supported by approved supply chain partners.

Mechanical Services:
Gas and oil fired boiler maintenance, maintenance of
air conditioning and air handling units, refrigeration
systems, gas systems, management of BMS systems,
LEV maintenance and testing and minor works
installations.

Soft FM
Reactive Response
We provide an effective reactive response to all
service requests, drawing upon both dedicated
on-site facilities and maintenance teams and mobile
maintenance teams, located throughout the UK and
Ireland.
Landscape and Grounds Maintenance
A comprehensive service covering all aspects of
grounds maintenance and landscaping, including
maintenance of sports grounds/pitches and associated
engineering services.
Security Services
SOFT FM
The security services we provide include manned
and electronic solutions. With manned security we
provide a full time guarding service, mobile patrols
and key holding services.

With respect to electronic systems, we install
and maintain CCTV, access control, intruder and
perimeter alarms of all types.
Front of House Services
The front of house service provision includes
telephony, reception, porterage, 24/7/365 helpdesk,
mail room, off-site storage (archiving and retrieval)
and reprographics.
Catering Services
Our catering services range from the provision
of full on-site restaurant facilities through to
refreshments for meeting and conference rooms
and provision of sandwich and beverage services.
We also organise catering for special functions to
suit client’s bespoke requirements. Vending support
includes providing all types of machines for hot
and cold drinks and snacks.
Cleaning and Janitorial Services
GRAHAM Facilities Management provide a
comprehensive range of cleaning solutions, from
daily office cleaning to specialist cleaning services
such as ductwork cleaning to HVCA’s ‘Guide to Good
Practice, TR19’.
Our janitorial teams frequently provide the first line
of response to day-to-day issues on-site including
porterage, opening and closing premises, reactive
cleaning, repairs, furniture moves and room set up,
escorting supply chain partners, minor repairs,
litter picking etc.

Ensuring statutory compliance of assets and
buildings is a key element of any building manager’s
responsibility.
At GRAHAM Asset Management we understand that

The City Academy, Hackney
The City of Hackney Academy was founded in 2009 serving 1200 students aged 11 to 18. The Academy
occupies buildings approximately 12,000m2.

The Academy has two complementary and prolific
sponsoring partners, the City of London Corporation
and KPMG. Both organisations have a number of staff
who regularly volunteer at the Academy as Personal
Advisers for students and give up their personal time
to volunteer at the Academy by leading their skills at
different events like taking photographs.
Since opening in 2009 the Academy has achieved two
‘Outstanding’ grades from Ofsted (January 2011 and
January 2012). They were judged to be ‘Outstanding’
in every category and Ofsted were so impressed
that they are promoting the Academy’s work as best
practice across the country in a national publication.
