He is currently Assistant Headteacher responsible for RWCM across the school. Mark has been instrumental in raising the profile of debating within the school and has coached three teams to the final of the Luton Debate Mate competition. He sees the intrinsic benefit of topic based study and has written and launched a series of cross-curricular projects using novels as a platform for delivery.
