 If the PZ85 lift replacement is not completed:
- NO access to LHCb from the LHC machine from 6th April
afternoon, to Monday 10th April in the morning;
- Access on 10th, 11th and 12th from 8am to 4pm
 The patrol of Point 8 (including LHCb) is foreseen on 6th April in the
afternoon)
 All the openings LHC Machine / Experiments must be closed at latest on
31st March
 All the openings inside the LHC machine must be closed by the 31st March
 From 3rd April the patrols will start
 The Experiments must be patrolled for the DSO test

TETRA procedure when degraded network
After the discussion in the CSAP and in a dedicated meeting held with the A&T
DSOs, the following procedure is proposed:
• Access is not generally forbidden to the underground when TETRA is not
available.
• The evident corollary is that the undergrounds must not be evacuated when
TETRA is not working.
• In case of TETRA malfunctioning a warning should be sent to "active" activity
leaders (people who declared an IMPACT, and these IMPACTs are "active"),
warning them that communication capabilities are reduced (no TETRA, or
even no TETRA and no GSM), and that they should consider to postpone
their activities.
• If the risk analysis of the activity concluded that TETRA is mandatory as
safety measure (lone worker...), the activity must be postponed.

Filling of Inner Triplets: NO ACCESS
IT in LSS1 and 5
filling will start on Wednesday 22nd March, morning
IT in LSS2 and LSS5
 filling will start on Friday 24th March, morning
Access in the IT area, when ITs are filled with Liquid Helium:
- Authorization of the complex manager;
- Max duration of the intervention 10 min;
- Access only in the transport area;
- Intervention well justified.

TETRA measurement campaign in the LHC
IT/CS wants to carry out in LHC:
•
Deep measurements campaign in the LHC to check if the TETRA coverage can be improved
(e.g. few meters with no TETRA coverage at the centre of some arcs, FB atex radios performing worse than standard radios)
•
Validate the radio infrastructure against PIM
(interference phenomenon caused when several high-power networks are transmitted together)

IT intervention on analogic phones
• The intervention is scheduled 5th April.
• The intervention starts at 20h00 and should finish by midnight.
• Upgrade the 4 nodes sequentially, so not all sites are down at the
same time. However, all analogue and IP phones will be affected at
a particular time during the intervention (red phones and lifts
included).
• The mobile phones, the fire brigade and the CCC are redundant so
they will be able to call/receive calls at anytime.
