Key Points
1. Meals must be eaten within an 8 hour window of time;

than two days without losing weight you will need to be
advised on what to do.

8. Avoid all dairy, sugar, alcohol and non-listed
carbohydrates. Avoid oils, for cooking, massage oils,
lotions, supplements and essential oils used on skin.
These will reduce the effectiveness of the drops.

Please remember that the amount allowed during the
“Losing Phase” is 3.5 to 4 ounces and it is weighed “raw”
or uncooked.
Beef:
Ground Sirloin (93% lean), Filet Mignon & Sirloin Strip Steak
(trim visible fat), Bison, Venison, Elk, Ground Veal.
Note: EGGS ARE NOT ALLOWED

Protein Hints
•
When buying lean lunch meat go to the deli counter at
the grocery store and have the clerk package it in 3.5 to
4 ounce packages.
•
When buying steak, ask the butcher to cut it into
4 ounce portions and package them separately.
•
Most “flash frozen” fish are pre-package in 4 ounce
portions.
•
You can marinate meats. Place meat in marinade for
24 hours in refrigerator. Immediately prior to cooking,
rinse meat under hot water to remove the sugar and
fat of the marinade from the surface of the meat
while allowing the flavor that has penetrated the meat
to remain.
•
Feel free to add various seasonings or sauces as long
as they are “0” calorie.

All vegetables are allowed with the following exceptions:

Lettuce, cabbage, celery, cucumber, tomato, red onion, and
any type of pepper (bell, banana, etc.)
Free Vegetable Hint: Use these to make a salsa or Pico de
Gallo to simmer or eat on meat.
The ChiroThin Weight Loss Program also contains “Free”
vegetables. These are predominantly “water based”
vegetables and you are allowed to consume them in any
quantity you choose at meal time. If you find that you
absolutely have to have a “snack” between meals, eat either
celery or cucumber. All of the free vegetables are listed
below. You can have a salad at lunch or dinner and it does
not count against your 4 ounces of vegetables.

October 15th through May 15th: all fruit is allowed except pineapple, grapes, (raisins) and bananas, avocado.
Nuts are not allowed.
May 15th through October 15th: you are not allowed pineapple, grapes, (raisins), bananas, avocado, peaches, pears,
nectarines, or plums. Nuts are not allowed.
Avoid eating too many apples as this will slow down weight loss in many people!

2 Melba toast, 4 Melba toast snacks (Any Flavor),
2 Grissini bread stick, ½ of a “Light Flat Out” (any flavor)
this is a “brand name” and they can be found at nearly any
grocery store.
Snacking is strongly discouraged. However, if you require
a snack, we recommend only the “free” vegetables listed
above. Also, sugar free/fat free Jell-O is an alternative
as well, however the use of Apsartame and artificial
sweeteners is discouraged.
