must be kept informed of any changes. The actual dates of off-campus study will have an impact on any visa letters that need to be
issued as well as providing evidence that programme attendance is in accordance with the College regulations.

Where a student is off campus for more than 3 months, supervisors must arrange to monitor student’s progress at a minimum of 6
weekly intervals.
