 Isolation of bioactive plant constituents using advanced chromatographic
techniques (separation on VLC, and column chromatography using
different adsorbent as RP, Sephadex, Cellulose, or Polyamide and
separation using PC) and elucidation of their structure using different

chemical and spectral methods (UV, IR, 1H-NMR,
HMQC, EI-MS, ESI-MS).
