1.) Deposit - An advance deposit of 50% of total price is required to secure the equipment or services agreed upon.
The remaining balance is DUE UPON DELIVERY, prior to the start of set-up operations.

2.) Permits and Licenses - The renter shall assume the cost and responsibilities of any permits required by the Malls,
Buildings or Establishments.
3.) Delivery Charges - Within Metro Manila is (P1,000) for Parañaque, Las Piñas, Muntinlupa (P1,500) for nearby
Provinces is (P3,500 & Up) depending on the actual venue. It includes (Delivery, Ingress, Set-up, Egress).
4.) Food - It is the responsibility of the client to provide meals to 316 Arcade duty crews and staffs before the start of the
event. (Meals refers to full meals like Breakfast / AM Snacks / Lunch / PM Snacks / Dinner).
5.) Ingress Time – we only allow 1hr before your event. (Take Note: we can immediately set-up our items). If you wish
for an early ingress / set-up we will charge P500/hr. before the prescribed time of your event.
6.) Egress Time – all our rental items are good for 4hrs only. If you wish to avail an extra hour we will charge you
accordingly.
7.) Damage - In the event that the equipment is damaged / lost within the client's premises due to negligence of the
client or one of the client's guests, the client will be held liable for it.
8.) Cancellation / Change of Booking Date, Time & Venue - If a reservation is change of booking date, time and venue
316 Arcade should be informed 7 days (1 week) before the date of the event. Applicable for a valid reason only, a
booked schedule can be reset but subject to availability of items to be rented. If cancelled event only 25% of the down
payment is refundable.
