OFFICE RELOCATIONS
ESM Van & Storage will
facilitate

office
relocation with a minimum of disruption and
downtime. Our skilled
project managers are
proactive and carefully plan for every move anticipating problems before the move takes place.
An in-depth physical survey is prepared for the customer by
visiting both sites and determining location of elevators and
loading docks , and availability of entrances. At point of origin a
tally load sheet is filled out listing all furniture, file cabinets,
computers, stored records, artwork and employee personal
effects. From this inventory an accurate and itemized moving
estimate is prepared for the customer. All our estimates are
guaranteed without hidden or additional charges after the job.
Several days before each move our project managers will study
and mark your floor plans, and tag your furniture, computers,
file cabinets, artwork and the corresponding areas at destination.
This assures the proper placement of furnishings the day of the
move.
On the moving day our staff will put masonite on the
floors to protect carpeting and tile, and coroflex cardboard to
protect doorways and walls. Furniture is blanketed and
shrink wrapped, computers are bubble wrapped and stored
in carpeted computer
carts. keyboards, mice
and cabling are stored in
special zip lock bags
and travel with each
computer. Transition is
now complete.

large inventory of necessary equipment
and packing supplies to move you carefully and efficiently.
Furniture for storage is blanketed and shrink wrapped for
placement in large wooden containers, then stacked and
stored for future access.

We are experienced in handling of fine
furniture and antiques, with a minimum
of 5 years of experience per man. On the

RECORD STORAGE, SHREDDING &
FURNITURE LIQUIDATION
ESM can make your business more productive by freeing up
valuable office space. Records are bar- coded in our
computer system for easy access & retrieval.
Document shredding is provided using
locked consoles placed in offices, with
monthly onsite pickup provided for archive
destruction at our facility.
Units hold up to 60 lbs. of paper ready for
shredding. Consoles pro-vide easy protection of financial, medical and personnel
data, helping to fight identity theft!
Access to our facilities is easy in the New
York Metropolitan area. ESM has vehicles
daily in Manhattan, Long Island, New Jersey, and Connecticut.

HOSPITALITY SERVICES
ESM Van & Storage works closely with hotel chains during
new construction, interior renovations and upgrades. Project
managers rely on us for moving and delivering furniture, wall
coverings, tile, and rolls of carpeting to the jobsite.
Our men are skilled at installing both furniture and furnishings. We work closely with hotel management and contractors to make re-stacking projects deliver on schedule and on
budget.
From our warehouses we receive, unpack, and safely store
container shipments of case goods, for later delivery to the
construction site. ESM also liquidates old furniture from the
site and separates the material at our warehouse for recycling.
OFFICES & WAREHOUSES
ESM owns and operates a central office and warehouse complex in Mt.
Vernon, NY, a sales office in NYC, and additional warehouses in Yonkers, NY,
and Bridgeport, CT. All warehouse facilities are ideal for receiving furniture,
storage, records retention and distribution of new furniture and systems
furniture.
