Minimum System Requirements:
Before you present a webinar you must first check that you have met the following criteria,







Windows XP, 2000, Vista, MacOS X, Linux and Unix
Internet Explorer 6.0 or above, Firefox 1.0 or above, Safari 1.0 or above
Macromedia Flash 9.0 or above
56kbps Internet connection minimum (broadband internet connection recommended)
Webcam
Active telephone line able to dial externally.
Backup telephone line / mobile line recommended
Confirm or download the latest versions of Flash
Confirm your current version of Flash
Download the latest version of Flash
Presentation Materials:
Before you present a webinar it is very important that you fulfil the following,





The PowerPoint Presentation is uploaded to the webinar library
There is no animation or embedded video in your PowerPoint Presentation
Your video is converted to Flash and uploaded separately to the webinar library
If you are a MAC user and use Keynote, you are able to screen share (Java software is
required for this)
If you screen share Keynote you do not have embedded video
Please Note: This platform is not compatible with Apple iPad or iPhone due to these products not
supporting Adobe Flash.

Introduce yourself and your connection to the webinar
Confirm your role in the webinar:
- Introduce presenters
- Assist with Q&A sessions

Advise that all lines will be muted throughout
Advise if participants would like to ask a question to type it in the messages box in the bottom right corner of the screen
Advise that if participants are having difficulty hearing the presenters to listen via their telephone. The dial in details can be found in the Messages Box
Advise participants to dial the 1800 Toll Free Number for Redback Support should they experience any technical issues
Advise participants of the format of the webinar. E.g. PPT, QA intervals, Panel Discussion

Prioritise questions as they come through from the audience
Assist in QA sessions by reading out questions and asking each presenter to answer them
If required, launch polls and share results with webinar audience

Use the arrows on the top of your PowerPoint to move your slides forward and/or backwards
Use the vertical toolbar on the left side of your screen to annotate your slides
