We believe in team players that embrace the hotels

Therefore, we offer salary packages that are very
competitive in the hotel market place. The Brooklands
Hotel completes a salary survey annually, as it is our aim
to pay above minimum wage and above our direct
competition.
Salaries are paid on the last working day of each month.

Holiday
Creating a work-life balance is vital for all, so every team player is
offered an annual holiday allowance of 28 days, including Bank Holidays.
On the successful completion of two full years’ continuous service, full
time employees will be entitled to an additional two days’ annual leave.
On the successful completion of five full years’ continuous service, full
time employees will be entitled to an additional three days’ annual
leave. The maximum entitlement for annual holiday will not exceed 25
days excluding any Bank/Public Holidays. These increases will be
calculated on a pro rata basis for part time employees. Casual employee
holiday will be calculated on a pro rata basis and paid quarterly.
All holiday must be booked in advance and approved by your
Line Manager.

Christmas awards dinner, at the end of the year,
