In the short film “The Impossible,” the yogi demonstrates how the will to challenge oneself is enough to reach a goal and simultaneously parallels this to stretching oneself in life. The woman portrays how even though failure will come, life is mind over matter. When you’re stressed, get out in nature and do yoga. The Impossible can be overcome, though it may seem difficult, it can be done. In the video “The Impossible” it demonstrates you can surpass your body’s limits with a strong mental mindset, and the only limits you have are the ones you set for yourself. The short film “The Impossible” shows that with hard work anything is possible. In the short film the yogi over comes the impossible by doing incredible things with her body. In the impossible, the body limits don’t exist persistence is show through peaceful overcome pre-existing notions of one’s own limitations. In the short film on yoga if you really try you can accomplish anything if you put your mind to it. Persistence and determination are crucial to achieving the impossible. Jestice/English 4 “Just Do It” Overcoming doubt and following dreams is shown through a firework display of sounds and visuals as Shia Labeouf demolishes any fears of failure as success is more important in “Just Do It.” In the commercial “Just do it” Shia is able to motivate you and get you railed up for getting your life together. In the commercial “Just Do It,” Shia Labeouf highlights the ability of the individual just within the belief that they are able to accomplish it. In the “Nike Just Do It; commercial, Shia Labeouf describes that all you must do is “do it.” You have the power inside you to do it or not. The Nike tagline “Just Do It’ clearly implies that we are in charge of setting our own limitations, and if we are free from those, we really can do it. Shia Labeouf uses repetition and body language to impress his message of determination on the audience. “Just Do It” is about following your dreams. In Shia Labeouf “Just Do It” he shows how if you believe you can do it, you can. Just make your dreams come true. Shia Labeouf wants you to just do it. In the Shia commercial “Just Do It” Shia explains that you can do anything you put your mind to as long as you just do it and make you dreams come true. In the Nike Commercial you just put your mind on anything, just do it without thinking. While most people just sit around and do nothing, Shia encourages others to do it, by motivation and repetition. The character shows a side of motivation and persistence.
