Instructions
School name – the name of the secondary school the shooters attend.
School shooting manager – This is the person who we will receive the scores from and who we will send
the results to. We need a postal address to send the initial competition pack to and an email address to
send out the results for each round.
Shooting club – this is the name of the shooting club that the entrants shoot at or that the School Shooting
Manager belongs to.
Shooter details:
 Name: the full name of the entrant
 Email: the entrant’s email address (if they want to have the results emailed to them)
 Grade: the current TSNZ (Target Shooting New Zealand) indoor grading of the entrant. If they are
not TSNZ affiliated then enter “NA”.
 TSNZ Nr: the current TSNZ number for the entrant (if they have one).
 School Team Number: Teams can be made up of 4 or 5 members, and the school can put together
as many teams as it wishes. Each school is to number their teams (from 1 to however many).
Entrants
All entrants are automatically entered in the Open competition and the Graded competition for
individuals. Please indicate on the form details of any Teams being entered, by completing the school team
number next to the entrant’s name.
Payment
Entry is $10 per shooter. The preferred method of payment is a deposit directly into the Kiwibank account
number 38-9005-0731057-00, including your school’s name in the deposit details. You can, if you wish,
send a cheque to BSRC, 83 Wilton Rd, Wellington 6012 along with your completed Registration Form.
Competition Format
The competition is shot over four rounds in Terms 2 and 3. Each round’s due date being:

Sunday 5 July
Round 3
Sunday 2 August
Round 4
Sunday 6 September
Returning this form
The closing date for registration is Friday 22nd May 2015. The completed registration form may be emailed
to: [email protected], or may be printed and sent along with your payment to BSRC, 83 Wilton Rd,
Wellington 6012.
What happens next
As soon as we process your entry form and payment we will:


email you to confirm that you are entered, and
post out the pack containing your competition instructions and your target stickers. You can start
shooting as soon as you receive your pack!
