SAGCOT brings together actors of the SAGCOT area – for this case Ihemi cluster In 2016, Mkonge have developed a project proposal to the WB but were told such proposal is very wide and should be submitted by the Govt Short term plans • 60m issue – community awareness – Government to collaborate with CSOs for achieving this target-protection of water sources/catchment areas • Unoccupied land – villagers be given seeds to plant trees or environmental friendly plants/trees • Platform for all actors – all actors should meet and discuss the needs for achieving LUP/landscape management in Ihemi cluster.
