OFFICIAL RULES
1. NO PURCHASE OR OBLIGATION NECERSSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. NON-PURCHASE ENTRIES AND PURCHASE
ENTRIES HAVE AN EQUAL CHANCE OF WINNING. 2. ELIGIBILITY: The BANKING FOR YOUR WAY OF LIFE promotion is
open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, 18 years of age and older as of April 15,
2016. Void where prohibited. Employees, directors, and officers, and their respective household members, whether or not related,
of United Bank & Trust, Kansas including all locations and branch banks, are not eligible to enter or win. BANKING FOR YOUR
WAY OF LIFE promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws. Kansas law governs the BANKING FOR YOUR
WAY OF LIFE promotion. 3. TO ENTER: The BANKING FOR YOUR WAY OF LIFE promotion begins at 12:00:01 a.m. Central
Time (CT) on April 15, 2016 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. CT on May 15, 2016 (“Promotional Period”). There are two (2) ways to enter
during the Promotional Period: 1) Automatic Entry and 2) U.S. Mail. (1) Automatic Entry: A United Bank & Trust customer will
automatically receive one BANKING FOR YOUR WAY OF LIFE entry when they have enrolled in United Bank & Trust’s UBT Mobile
or UBT Tablet Banking and use either service at least ten (10) times during the Promotional Period. Use the service at least two (2)
times each week during the Promotional Period to be entered into weekly drawings. In the event of a dispute as to who submitted a
particular entry, such entry will be deemed to be submitted by the primary person in whose name the Mobil Banking account is held.
Only one entry per account. Automatic entries must be made by May 15, 2016 in order to be eligible. (2) To enter without purchase
or obligation by U.S. Mail: You may enter the BANKING FOR YOUR WAY OF LIFE promotion without becoming a bank customer
via U.S. Mail by hand-printing your name, address, city, state, ZIP code, and daytime and evening telephone numbers (including
area code) on a 3”x5” card, and mailing, in a #10 envelope with postage affixed, to: BANKING FOR YOUR WAY OF LIFE, United
Bank & Trust, P.O. Box 428, Marysville, KS 66508. Each mail-in entry will count as one (1) entry into the drawing. Mail-in entries
must be postmarked by May 14, 2016 and received by May 23, 2016 in order to be eligible. Enter as often as you wish; however,
each mail-in entry must be mailed in a separate, postmarked stamped envelope. Entries that are mechanically reproduced, copied,
illegible, incomplete, or inaccurate are void. Entries become the property of the United Bank & Trust and will not be acknowledged
or returned. 4. DETERMINATION OF A WINNER: Potential winners will be selected in a random drawings on or about the 24th day
of May, 2016 from among all combined eligible automatic and mail-in entries received. Nine winners will receive either an iPad Mini
2 16GB tablet or Samsung Galaxy Tab A 8.0 16GB tablet. Nine weekly winners will receive will receive a Bluetooth speaker. Weekly
prizes will be awarded on April 25, 2016, May 2, 2016 and May 9, 2016 and will be for entries received the previous week. The
random drawing will be conducted by United Bank & Trust’s Internal Auditor. United Bank & Trust decisions are final and binding
on matters relating to the BANKING FOR YOUR WAY OF LIFE promotion. Potential winners will be notified by overnight or U.S.
mail and/or telephone on or before May 27, 2016. Potential winners will be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility/liability release
and where legal, a publicity release, and Federal and State tax release, and return these documents, properly executed, via
overnight mail, within 7 days of date of issuance of notification. Non-compliance within this time frame, with these Official Rules, or
if United Bank & Trust is unable to contact potential winner within fifteen (15) days or prize notification is returned as undeliverable,
will result in such potential winner being disqualified and, at United Bank & Trust’s discretion, the prize will be awarded to a potential
alternate winner. Allow 6-8 weeks for delivery of prize following completion of winner verification process. 5. ODDS: Estimated
odds of winning the prize are 1:2000; however, the actual odds of winning the prize depends upon the total number of
eligible entries received. 6. PRIZE DESCRIPTION: Nine grand prizes will be awarded at the end of the promotion period.
Grand prize winners can choose between an iPad Mini 2 16 GB Apple tablet or Samsung Galaxy Tab A 8.0 16 GB tablet (WiFi capable only, no cellular capability). Nine weekly prizes of a Bluetooth Speaker will be awarded for weeks ending April
24, 2016, May 1, 2016 and May 8, 2016. All taxes and any other costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not
specifically stated within these Official Rules as being provided are the sole responsibility of the winner, including, without limitation,
all federal, state, and local taxes. Prize may not be transferred or substituted except at United Bank & Trust’s sole discretion.
United Bank & Trust reserves the right to substitute a prize (or portion thereof) of comparable or greater value at its sole discretion.
If winner is at least 18 years of age but deemed a minor in his/her state of place of residence, prize may be awarded in the name of
a parent or legal guardian who will be responsible for fulfilling all requirements imposed on winner set forth herein. All prize details
are at United Bank & Trust’s sole discretion. 7. CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION: By entering, entrants agree to be bound by
these Official Rules including all eligibility requirements. By accepting the prize, winner consents to the use of his/her name, image,
likeness, photograph, voice, and biographical material for advertising, publicity and promotional purposes by United Bank & Trust, or
a party designated by United Bank & Trust, in any and all media now or hereafter devised, including but not limited to, any online
announcements, statewide in perpetuity, without additional compensation, notification or permission, except where prohibited by
law. Entrants release and hold harmless United Bank & Trust and all of its respective employees, officers, directors, and
shareholders (collectively, “Releasees”), from any claims, actions, injury, loss or damage of any kind, including but not limited to,
personal injury or death, resulting from participating in this BANKING FOR YOUR WAY OF LIFE promotion or from the acceptance,
possession, or use or misuse of prize awarded. This limitation of liability is a comprehensive limitation of liability that applies to all
damages of any kind, including (without limitation) compensatory, direct, indirect, or consequential damages; loss of data, income or
profit; loss of damage to property; and claims of third parties. Entrants agree that Releasees have not made nor are in any manner
responsible or liable for any warranty, representation or guarantee, statutory, express or implied (including but not limited to, the
implied warranties of merchantability, title, and fitness for a particular purpose), in fact or in law, relative to the BANKING FOR
YOUR WAY OF LIFE promotion. 8. GENERAL: United Bank & Trust will collect information from the entrant solely for the purpose
of the prize drawing and to notify winner. United Bank & Trust will not share this information with any third parties, except as
necessary for the administration of BANKING FOR YOUR WAY OF LIFE promotion or winner notification as applicable, and will not
attempt to contact entrant, unless entrant has agreed to receive further information on United Bank & Trust products and
promotions. Releasees are not responsible for lost, late, illegible, misdirected, inaccurate, incomplete, delayed, garbled, postage
due, or stolen mail, entries or transactions, or for transactions that are lost, misdirected, or fail to enter into the processing system;
or are processed, reported or transmitted late or incorrectly; or for any other errors or problems of any kind, whether typographical,
printing, mechanical, human, electronic or otherwise, relating to or in connection with the BANKING FOR YOUR WAY OF LIFE
promotion, including, without limitation, any error or problem which may occur in connection with the administration of the BANKING
FOR YOUR WAY OF LIFE promotion, the processing of entries, the announcement of the prize or in any BANKING FOR YOUR
WAY OF LIFE promotion related materials. Entry materials that have been tampered with or altered are void. United Bank & Trust

reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel or suspend part or all of this BANKING FOR YOUR WAY OF LIFE promotion at
any time without notice, if in United Bank & Trust’s Internal Auditor’s opinion there is any suspected or actual evidence of electronic
or non-electronic tampering with any portion of the BANKING FOR YOUR WAY OF LIFE promotion, or if virus, bugs, non-authorized
human intervention or other causes corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or integrity and proper play of the
Giveaway. In such event, United Bank & Trust may void any entries it suspects are at issue and, at its discretion, if terminated,
award prize in a random drawing from among all non-suspect, eligible entries received up to the date of cancellation. Caution: Any
attempt by an entrant or any other individual to undermine the legitimate operation of the BANKING FOR YOUR WAY OF
LIFE promotion may be in violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, United Bank & Trust
reserves the right to seek damages and other remedies (including attorney’s fees) from any such person to the fullest
extent permitted by law, including criminal prosecution. United Bank & Trust’s failure to enforce any term of these Official
Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that or any other provision. United Bank & Trust reserves the right to disqualify entrants who
violate the rules or interfere with this BANKING FOR YOUR WAY OF LIFE promotion in any manner. If an entrant is disqualified,
United Bank & Trust reserves the right to terminate that entrant’s eligibility to participate in BANKING FOR YOUR WAY OF LIFE
promotion. 9. DISPUTES: Except where prohibited, all issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation
and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrant and United Bank & Trust in connection with
BANKING FOR YOUR WAY OF LIFE promotion, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of
Kansas, without giving effect to any choice of law of conflict of law rules (whether of the State of Kansas, or any other jurisdiction),
which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Kansas. Jurisdiction and venue shall be
solely within the State of Kansas. 10. WINNER’S NAME: To obtain the name of the winner, available after May 27, 2016, mail a
self-addressed stamped envelope by June 30, 2016 to: BANKING FOR YOUR WAY OF LIFE Winner, United Bank & Trust, P.O.
Box 428, Marysville, KS 66508. 11. SPONSOR: The Sponsor of BANKING FOR YOUR WAY OF LIFE is United Bank & Trust, P.O.
Box 428, Marysville, KS 66508. CONSUMER DISCLOSURE: NO PURCHASE OR OBLIGATION NECESSARY TO ENTER OR
WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. No entrant has yet won. Nine Prizes of an iPad
Mini 2 16 GB Apple tablet or Samsung Galaxy Tab A 8.0 16 GB tablet (Wi-Fi capable only, no cellular capability) will be
awarded. Nine prizes of a Bluetooth Speaker will be awarded each week for the weeks ending April 24, 2016, May 1, 2016
and May 8, 2016. Estimated odds of winning the prize are 1:2000; however, actual odds depend upon the total number of
eligible entries received. Automatic entries must be received by 11:59 p.m. CT May 15, 2016. Mail-in entries must be
postmarked by May 14, 2016 and received by May 23, 2016. Promotion ends 11:59 p.m. CT May 15,2016. See Official Rules
