PROJECT DETAILS
Location: Torrington, Wyoming
Size: 40,000 SF Renovation
Type: Corporate Campus
Method: Construction Manager
The newly renovated elementary school has been repurposed into the
Lincoln Community Complex which now houses municipal offices for
the city of Torrington. This facility also provides additional classrooms
for the University of Wyoming, a community food bank, and both child
and adult day care for the community.
The Lincoln Community Complex project included: a remodel of the original kitchen, multipurpose room, and gymnasium, and
new 911 call center/Police dispatch center with both electrical and mechanical redundant emergency backup systems. The
Citys operating costs for the renovated facility will be greatly reduced due to an entirely new high efficiency mechanical and
electrical system, and a complete overhaul of the exterior walls and windows to increase the thermal efficiency of the building

provide valuable space for community programs for a substantial savings in both time and money to local taxpayers.
