Section 4.1 - Districts.
For the purpose of this Ordinance, the Village of Pellston is hereby divided into the
following districts:

Village Residential (R-1)
Scenic Resource (SR-1)
Suburban Residential (R-2)
Multiple Family Residential (R-3)
Central Business District (B-1)
Highway Commercial (B-2)
Industrial (I)
Office Park (OP)
Planned Unit Development (PUD)
Section 4.2 - Boundaries.
The boundaries of these districts are hereby established as shown on the Village
Zoning Map which accompanies this Ordinance, and which map with all notations,
references and other information shown thereon shall be a part of this ordinance. Any
question as to the interpretation of the district boundaries shall be determined by the
Board of Appeals.
