•This slide is designed to help you fill out the pro-forma for the 2012 Energy Chamber
Exporting Energy Services Awards. Remember to keep your submission to a maximum of six
PowerPoint slides, including the Entry Information slide (see below)
• Please be reminded that in order to be eligible for this award you must score 100 % on the
Energy Chamber’s local content questionnaire. This can be accessed from www.energy.tt or
call 6-ENERGY.
•Complete the Entry Information slide – slide 2 of this template
•On the next two slides complete the Executive Summary. These are key slides and should
clearly summarise what was done and what was achieved
•Ensure you save this document as Submission_title_here-Company_name.doc or
Submission_title_here-Company_name.docx
•There are three further slides where you can add supplementary information in the form of
graphics or text. The final total PowerPoint file size should be no more than 1mb and all
images should be compressed or resized prior to submitting
•Finally, delete this slide and other unused slides – remember, your submission must not
