Total Material Cost = $14.50

Profit and Labor are NOT the same thing

Example
Front Desk Worker Taking Order (10 minutes at $10 hour) = $2.00
Monogramming Time = (15 minutes at $15 hour) = $3.75
Total Labor Cost = $5.75

Take the average cost of your products you sell (divide)
Yearly Sales Goal = # of Products you need to sell to make goal
THEN
(# of Products) / (Total Yearly Overhead Cost) = Average Overhead Cost Per Product
Total Overhead Cost = $2.75
TOTAL DIRECT COST TO THE BUSINESS FOR A MONOGRAMMED TANK TOP = $23.00
This means if I sell the tank top for $23.00 I will make NO PROFIT
Remember, Profit is NOT labor
