MCTC Stars & Stripes Round Robin
12:00—3:00pm at Tennis Center
Get out your red, white, and blue for our annual Fourth of July Round Robin. This year’s event
will be a team event, Stars vs. Stripes. Following play, we will have lunch at the Tennis Center with
a hot dog bar, baked beans, cole slaw and strawberry shortcake. Cost for everything is $15 and if
you will be joining us for lunch only, the cost is only $13. Tennis will start at Noon with lunch
served at 1:45pm. A 24-hour cancellation policy is in effect for this event. To sign up, call the

Eco Boat Cruise with Spartina Boat Charters
6:00—8:00pm / MC Marina
Spartina Marine Education Charter (flat bottom skiff) is coming to Moss Creek for a two-hour
educational cruise. What a great evening to learn about the area while taking in the sunset!
Captain Amber Kuehn, Bluffton native with a MS in Marine Biology, will pick up Members and
their guests at the Moss Creek marina. There are only 18 spots available for participants (both
tours sold out quickly last year). The cost is $28 per person. Bottled water will be provided for
participants. You are welcome to bring snacks and beverages on board. No glass will be permitted.

Guided Kayak Trip
5:00—7:00pm / MC Marina
Eric and Roddy from Marshgrass Adventures will be taking a group of Moss Creekers out for an
evening tour leaving the Moss Creek Marina. The cost is $25 adult, $15 ages 12 and under, or
$5 if you would like to come along with your own kayak. Please contact Melissa at

Junior FUN Camp 8:45am—Noon (ages 8 to 12)
SWING Teen Tennis Camp 1:30—3:00pm (Ages 12 to 18)
SWING TEEN Golf Camp 3:30—5:30pm (Ages 12 to 18)
On Saturday, July 8, parents and/or guardians compete in fun events with the juniors.
Following the competition, join the staff for an Awards Dinner in the Clubhouse at 5:30pm.
TOO YOUNG FOR CAMP?
Thirty-minute swimming activities are available for the “little ones” Monday, July 3rd, Wednesday,
July 5th—Friday, July 7th, from 9:00am—9:30am and 9:45—10:15am for children 4—7
years of age. The fee is $25 per child for all four sessions.

July 4th Golf Mixed Member-Member
9:00am Shotgun Start / North Course
Players may sign up as individuals, partners, or foursomes. The format is a
Four Person Scramble and the field is divided in flights based on team handicap total
and/or gender depending on field size.
Join us after golf at the Clubhouse to celebrate Independence Day with pulled pork,
cold beer, and the announcement of the winners.
Cost: $20.08 per player
(Includes prizes, staff gratuities, pulled pork and beer)
Registration on ForeTees opens Tuesday, June 13th.
Deadline will be Sunday, July 2nd at Noon.
Non-Activity Fee Members and Activity Fee Members without an annual cart plan are
responsible for their appropriate fees in addition to the event fee.

The Pool Staff will be organizing fun pool games for anyone who wants to come out!
Children’s Scavenger Hunt
5:00pm / Meet at the Bostwick Pavilion
Depending on how many people sign up to participate, we will divide into teams
with staff leaders to find everything on our list! The first team to get pictures of each
item on the list will win a special PRIZE!!
There is no cost for this event—so invite all your friends.

Thursday, July 6th
“Alligators, Snakes, and Turtles . . .OH MY!”
6:00—7:00pm / Bostwick
The wonderful staff from the Coastal Discovery Museum will be joining us for a special
program with show and tell. Did you know? An alligator’s
stomach acid has a pH of less than 2—in the range of lemon juice and vinegar—
most soft-bodied prey is totally digested in two days.
After a long busy week, join us at the Pavilion for an informative and interesting program that
is fun for everyone! The cost is $5 per person.

Friday, July 7th
Kids’ Movie & Game Night
6:00—8:30pm in Pecan Room
Join us for a movie, games, and a yummy dinner on Friday, July 7th. We will have
a grand time with friends while parents/grandparents enjoy Happy Hour
and dinner at the Club. Menu includes: corn dogs, fries, popcorn,
and vanilla/chocolate pudding.
Cost: $15 inclusive per child

Saturday, July 8th
Junior Camp Awards Dinner
On Saturday, July 8, the junior camp week concludes with an Awards Dinner in the
Clubhouse at 5:30pm following the golf scramble. Dinner for each camper is
included in the camp fee. Adult dinner fee is $18 inclusive and the fee for
additional juniors ages 6-18 is $10 for dinner. All additional dinner fees are
billed to sponsoring Member.
