Turn left 90 degrees to a left back stance, left inner forearm block. 2. Reach out and grab with your left hand, then bring your left fist back to your right chest. At this time step into a left front stance, right reverse low spear hand. 3. Turn to the right 90 degrees bring your left foot to the right foot for a closed stance. When you do the closed stance also do a right outer high forearm block left low block. 4. Turn to the right 90 degrees to a right back stance, right inner forearm block. 5. Reach out and grab with your right hand, then bring your right fist back to your left chest. At this time step into a right front stance, left reverse low spear hand. 6. Turn to the left 90 degrees; bring your right foot to the left foot for a closed stance. When you do the closed stance also do a left outer high forearm block, right low block. 7. Step straight ahead to a left front stance, x-block. 8. Stay in the left front stance, twin high punch (the twin punch comes from the hips face up). 9. Right front kick. 10. Do a right leg stretch kick and turn left 90 degrees as you set your leg down to a sitting stance. At the same time do a twin inner forearm block (both fists start facing out in front of your face). 14. Bring both fists to your hips. Turn right 90 degrees and do a left leg stretch kick and again set down into a sitting stance. At the same time bring both fists up in front of your face and do a twin inner forearm block. 15. Bring both fists to your hips. Turn right 90 degrees and do a left leg stretch kick and again set down into a sitting stance.
