Duration of site meeting is approximately two hours. Only potential bidders who parked at the Shaded Parking Area will have their parking tickets validated and parking costs waived. NB: In addition to the technical person attending the meeting, and where possible, bidders may consider sending representative that is responsible for the compilation of the bid document to ensure that the requirements are understood. MANDATORY / ELIGIBLE CRITERIA Bids that do not meet all the following Mandatory / Eligible Criteria (Valid proof / certification must be provided) will be disqualified and will not be evaluated further. View Table 2 in bid document for more details on the Eligible Criteria. 1. Original and Valid SARS Tax Clearance Certificate for South African Companies 2. Attendance to Compulsory briefing and site inspection Meeting. 3. Complete and Sign the Form of Offer in words and numbers. 4. SBD8: Declaration of Tenderer’s Past Supply Chain Management Practices 5. SBD9: Certificate of Independent Bid Determination 6. Proof of Registration of entity The Evaluation will be done on a two-phase approach. Phase One: Functionality Evaluation This proposal will be evaluated on functionality as detailed in the bid document. Only bidders who score minimum points of a threshold per criteria and an overall of 65 points out of a total of 100 points will qualify to be evaluated further. Phase Two: Price and B-BBEE This phase is based on the 90/10 preferential point systems with 90 reflecting Price and 10 reflecting BBBEE recognition. To qualify for B-BBEE recognition, Airports Company South Africa SOC Ltd shall only award B-BBEE points that are claimed in line with PPPFA and its regulations. NB: No tender will be awarded to any person / entity whose tax matters have not been declared by the South African Revenue Service to be in order. Airports Company South Africa SOC Ltd reserves the right to withdraw, cancel, award to more than one bidder or not award this bid.
