that are currently dismantled and in storage, from one location

approximately 2 miles away (NG2 7HY)

SECTION 1 - GENERAL REQUIREMENTS
1. Rushcliffe Borough Council are seeking the services of an experienced contractor to move
two snooker tables to a new location and the reassembly of the same to a standard
suitable for leisure play.
2. The snooker tables are currently dismantled and in storage at Rushcliffe Borough
Council’s depot, Abbey Road, West Bridgford, Nottingham, NG2 5NE. The tables need to
be transported to a new site: Rushcliffe Arena, Rugby Road, West Bridgford, Nottingham,
NG2 7HY
3. The tables need to be reassembled to a standard acceptable for leisure play. The tables
are being relocated to a leisure centre environment.
4. The tables need to be moved either the week commencing 28 November or week
commencing 5 December 2016.
5. The tables are available for inspection at Rushcliffe Borough Council’s depot, Abbey Road,
West Bridgford, Nottingham, NG2 5NE between the hours of 8-3pm Monday to Friday.

SECTION 2 - SUBMISSION OF QUOTATION
Quotations should be received no later than 5pm Monday 7 November 2016 and should be

To enable the client to fully evaluate your quote please provide the following information:
1. Confirmation that you are able to move and reassemble both snooker tables in the
timescale required
2. Confirmation that items will be insured in transit
3. Preferred date of transfer
4. Total inclusive price for the job excluding VAT
