How to embed a video into PowerPoint from a website
1. Visit the WEBSITE (e.g. YouTube) and look up the video you wish to insert
2. Search for the SHARE option below/above the video
3. Click on SHARE and then click on EMBED video
4. Select the link that appears and select COPY
5. Open PowerPoint
6. Click on the slide you wish to insert the video
7. Click on the INSERT tab at the top
8. Click on VIDEO -> Video from Website
9. An Insert Video from Website box will appear
10. PASTE the link into the box and click on INSERT
11. A black rectangle will appear on the screen. DOUBLE CLICK on the rectangle and the video
will start playing
12. For the video to automatically start playing, select the video by single clicking on it and then
select PLAYBACK -> START -> AUTOMATICALLY
13. Click on the Save button to save your work.
