Note:
Optimal position for setting-up a Luminary Light Box, is to perform each step with all parts lying on the ground.
The frame should be lifted upright, only after the feet are installed. Use a helper to lift the frame upright.

For the first step, you will need to
take the extrusions with lights, and
lay them out on the ground as
shown.

To assemble the lower extrusions, insert
the lock bars into the associated channel as
shown and tighten thumb screws to secure.

Next step will be to take the vertical extrusions and lay them out as shown.
Note: the extrusion with the power connector indicates the right side vertical extrusion

Secure all 4 extrusions as shown.

Just as the first step, take the top horizontal extrusions and join them as
shown in the bottom left example image

Final Step for the frame is installing the feet. Use the
provided hardware (bolts and wing nuts) to secure the
feet to the frame. Remember to lift with a partner.

To attach graphic,
we recommend
laying the frame
on the floor, then
draping the fabric
graphic across
the top. After
arranging the
graphic, begin by
pushing the fabric
into each corner
of the frame.
Then, moving
from one side of
the frame to the
next, continue
pushing the
silicone edge into
the grooves on
the frame.
It is best to push the corners in first.

Once all the
edges have
been secured,
you should have
a taut fit with a
smooth flat
finish.
What are Silicone Edge Graphics (SEG)?
SEG are dye sublimation fabric graphics with silicone strips sewn
along their edge. SEG frames have grooves along their perimeter
designed to snugly hold the silicone strips so that the fabric can be
stretched across the frame for a drum-tight fit.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS:
To extend the life of the your SEG fabric graphics, we recommend
folding graphics then storing in a clean bag. A plastic bag or pillow
case is ideal. Graphics can also be spot cleaned with a damp cloth.
To wash entire graphic, use a commercial size front loading washing
machine on gentle cycle with cool water. Do NOT dry clean.
