5. Organizational competitive strategy:

There are three competitive companies in Saudi Arabia STC, Mobily and ZainSA
o The strategy of Mobily:
Mobily’s main strategy is to increase its market share and combat competition from
Zain, the new entrant. The company’s focus is on introducing new, customized products
and providing more value-added services. Recently, the company announced the
acquisition of Riyadh-based data service provider, Bayanat Al-Oula for SR1.5bn ($405m).
This acquisition will enhance its position in the wireless broadband internet segment.
Mobily is also a partner in Saudi National Fiber Network for a SR1bn ($270m) project to
lay 12,000 km of fiber network in the Kingdom. The acquisition of Bayanat will raise
Mobily’s stake in the 12,000-km fiber optical network, which is owned equally by
Mobily, Bayanat and Integrated Telecom Company.
o
The strategy of ZainSA:
Zain enters the Saudi market in strength, bringing with it the benefits of its operations
with a global network which includes extraordinary knowledge and operational
synergies. The three pillars that support Zain’s strategy are our customers, our people
and our operations. Combined they are the fabric of the company and each relies on the
others for support and mutual benefit. Keeping them in the focus of our attention, we
are building a trusted and effective mobile communications operator for both
customers and employees alike. Customer satisfaction develops loyalty to Zain.
Delivering a high-end network quality coupled with rapid network roll-out will
encourage customers to trust us as a reliable and caring partner

7. Conceptual framework:
Can be defined as a composite entity or entrepreneur, consists of a set of parts
interacting with each other, and working to achieve the overall objective of the system
as a whole. Thus, cooperation and concerted efforts of these parts or components
leading to achieve the objectives of the system more efficiently than do each job
without taking into account the coordination and integration efforts.
There must be a technical department specializes Part, technical section is used to
accomplish the tasks and responsibilities of work. And can be used once or several
times.
All technical development should finally benefit the beneficiaries. The overall aim or
objective of development efforts is the satisfaction of the needs of the target group.
8. Technical part reflection:
Technical problems are an everyday experience, and vary from extremely complex to
relatively simple. In approaching technical problems in the food industry it is necessary
to recognize that there are often more than one answer to the problem and that not all
technically correct answers are feasible in commercial practice. For an example, a
solution that may be technically correct cannot be implemented because it is contrary
to the marketing strategy for the product or that the solution may require greater
capital expenditure than is economically feasible.

chance to get benefits, working with the experts in the same field and asking for any

encourage and help you to do it.

working in the career. Asking is the only way to answer all the questions, and
understanding the unknown things.
