Introduction: In this final report for the practical Training at Saudi Telecom Company (STC) will try hard to explain some things related to the company and Company background and origins and also analyze some points weaknesses and strengths also the threats and opportunities which could affect the success of the company, also the future vision of the company and the mission, and also a marketing strategy company and corporate strategy competition, there will be a table shows some of the work which you made during a training company, and also the Conceptual framework for technical parts, and some of the solutions used, and also summarize some of the things learned and gained. This is a two months of practical training, I have got a little experience that will help me to know how the work will be in the future of the practical scope. Since the Saudi Telecom Company depends on the particular technical and for-profit company, chose to support me in the field of specialty, as it is one of the largest Saudi companies. Organizational competitive strategy: There are three competitive companies in Saudi Arabia STC, Mobily and ZainSA o The strategy of Mobily: Mobily’s main strategy is to increase its market share and combat competition from Zain, the new entrant. The company’s focus is on introducing new, customized products and providing more value-added services. Recently, the company announced the acquisition of Riyadh-based data service provider, Bayanat Al-Oula for SR1.5bn ($405m). This acquisition will enhance its position in the wireless broadband internet segment. Mobily is also a partner in Saudi National Fiber Network for a SR1bn ($270m) project to lay 12,000 km of fiber network in the Kingdom. Job history: JOB DESCRIPTION Install all requested applications in 25 SETTING UP NEW COMPUTERS computers in the department, checked all domains are working correctly. Conceptual framework: Can be defined as a composite entity or entrepreneur, consists of a set of parts interacting with each other, and working to achieve the overall objective of the system as a whole. Thus, cooperation and concerted efforts of these parts or components leading to achieve the objectives of the system more efficiently than do each job without taking into account the coordination and integration efforts. There must be a technical department specializes Part, technical section is used to accomplish the tasks and responsibilities of work. And can be used once or several times. All technical development should finally benefit the beneficiaries. The overall aim or objective of development efforts is the satisfaction of the needs of the target group. 8. Technical part reflection: Technical problems are an everyday experience, and vary from extremely complex to relatively simple. In approaching technical problems in the food industry it is necessary to recognize that there are often more than one answer to the problem and that not all technically correct answers are feasible in commercial practice. For an example, a solution that may be technically correct cannot be implemented because it is contrary to the marketing strategy for the product or that the solution may require greater capital expenditure than is economically feasible. Evaluation of the internship experience: I think that training type is very effective makes you live perfect functional environment and see what might work in your career, and you can get a lot benefits from the experiences of other employees, if you trained in such these companies, it is a big chance to get benefits, working with the experts in the same field and asking for any difficulties people keep facing, gaining the skills of work, even if there is an idea they can encourage and help you to do it. 10.
