THREE activities for each of the THREE beef skills
1.) RESEARCH

fact sheet/blog about how to do each of the beef skills
- Print a screen shot or PDF of one of the website pages

Watch a YouTube video that gives directions on how to do the skill.

2.) DIY TASK SHEET
A. USING what you learned from the website and video type up your own DIY Task Sheet for each of the skills
that will walk someone through the steps to do the task using correct beef cattle and vet science terminology.
You can pick the method/equipment for each skill. See listed options.
B. You should use word and pictures/illustrations to make your task sheet each to follow and industry based.
C. Site your source(s) of information on the task sheet
D. PRINT in color
E. Include the answers for the Enrichment Web Quest Questions on your Task Sheet (CUT and PASTE the Questions)
