The Decision-Making Process
Is a Series of Six Steps:

Weigh the Possible Outcomes

Evaluate the Decision

When evaluating your choices, consider this…
H (Healthful)
E (Ethical)
L (Legal)
Will it contribute to your health?
Does it show respect for you and others?
Is someone your age allowed to do this?
P (Parental Approval)
Would your parents/guardians approve?
Setting Goals!
Goal Setting:
The process of working towards something you
want to accomplish.
Short-Term Goals:
Goals to be achieved soon (days, weeks).
Long-Term Goals:
Last weeks, months or years!
The Goal-Setting Process
Is a Series of Five Steps:

Identify specific Goal and Write it!
2:
List steps to achieve goal!
3:
Get help and support from others!
4:
Setup checkpoints to evaluate your progress!
5:
Reward yourself for achieving your goal!
