To whom it may concern,
Having achieved many goals in my life, I am engaged in expanding my professional horizon by
seeking new challenges by pledging to become a member of Alpha Kappa Psi. I am interested in
becoming a member because I feel that the organization will present me with great opportunities
such as developing a brotherhood with a group of likeminded individuals as well as connect me
with many people in my career field of choice.
Over the years, I have seen many examples of great leadership. What separates the truly
successful from the rest is a high-level of contribution toward the organizations most important
goals. I am pursuing this position because I feel as if it will help me with my people skills as well
as my resume. I believe that this would be a great opportunity to try something new and it will
also help enhance personal skills such as responsibilities, respect, and personal speaking skills. As
a member of the business it is my responsibility to make sure that I fulfill all tasks that are given
to me and learn as this experience continues. I feel I can take on those responsibilities.
I have endeavored on a new adventure attending Western Michigan University, majoring in Film,
Video, and Media Studies. This position will help me build myself into becoming a better team
member as well as a leader for the future.
