Launch Microsoft Lync if it is not already running. 2. Go to Tools > Options. (Alternatively, you can click the gear icon). 3. Click the ‘Ringtones and Sounds’ heading on the left. 4. Under the ‘Calls to’ list, you will notice the following selections. Select the call type from the list and choose a ringer depending on your personal preferences (clicking a Ringtone from the list will play a preview for you to listen to.) My work number --- Your personal phone number for your own calls My team (team-call group calls) --- Calls intended for your team call group members People I manage calls for (delegate calls) --- Calls intended for people who have set you as a delegate to be able to answer their calls. My Response Group calls --- Calls intended for shared lines that you answer (e.g. main department line that does not belong to an individual but is distributed across several people) (Not sure what the difference between a team-call group or a delegate is?
