Entry Form
The Singles Championship is restricted to 24 players. The top 20 players will qualify by right. Seeding and
qualification will be determined firstly by the top 10 players on the IRTPA world ranking list, and then by
singles handicaps on the RTO list, all taken on the closing date of entry. There will be a qualifying tournament
(with a maximum of 16 entrants, maximum handicap 15) at Radley College on Saturday 5th and Sunday 6th
November. Four players will qualify for the main draw.
The Doubles Championship is restricted to 12 pairs. The top 10 pairs will qualify by right. Seeding and
qualification will be determined by doubles handicaps on the RTO list on the closing date of entry. There will
be a qualifying tournament (with a maximum of 8 pairs, maximum individual doubles handicap of 15) at The
Queen’s Club on Thursday 10th November 2016 for the other two places.
RULES: The tournament will be played in accordance with the T&RA Laws of Tennis and the T&RA Tennis
Tournament Rules and Procedures.
DRAW: The draw will be held at The Queen’s Club on Friday 14th October 2016 at 11am.
Fees are payable to the T&RA by 10am on Wednesday 12th October 2016. These can be paid through the
online shop at www.tennisandrackets.com or by cheque to the T&RA.
