Cards will be held on the 2nd & 4th
Monday of every month commencing
on Monday 23rd January, morning tea
and a light lunch on the 4th Monday
only, staring at 10am cost $5 The 2nd
Monday is morning tea only cost $3
Anything Goes will now be held on
the FIRST MONDAY of each month.
We can now convert old slides into
digital prints so bring some along
cost $3 for morning tea.
Wednesday Lunch commences on the
18th January please let me know if
you will not be attending by the Tuesday of each week. Cost $8
In the first instanced all new clients
should call the My Aged Care contact
centre on 1800 200 422 for an initial
screening. Should you be deemed eligible for a service you will be referred to
the regional assessment staff for a full
assessment . If you would like more information regarding this process or require
assistance to access this service do not
hesitate to call or visit the Willow Tree
home support office
TRANSPORT Transport is available to
medical appointments for
CHSP Eligible Clients Cost
varies according to
destination.
