Operating table top Carbon FloatLine

Operating table top
Carbon FloatLine
Product Description
For TruSystem 7500
The one-part operating table top with longitudinal and transversal
shift can be transferred to existing columns of the TruSystem 7500
exchangeable table top systems.
Material Carbon
The table top is made of radiolucent, carbon fiber reinforced
composite material. The stainless steel motorized unit is resistant
to disinfectants and easy to clean.
Control unit
Options for equipment control include IR, cable or wireless remote
control devices. Via column key pad, the longitudinal shift as well
as the zero position can be adjusted.
With the control element Carbon FloatLine an adjustment in any
direction is possible. The speed can be adjusted continuously via a
force detection.

Intra-operative imaging
Because of the excellent X-Ray characteristics and the radiolucent
area up to 1.800 mm of the operating table top, the unlimited use
of 3D-C-arms
3D C arms and CT scanner is possible,

Table top pad
The viscous elastic FoamLine pads are soft, detachable and in two
different heights available. Furthermore the pads are resistant to
disinfectants and electrically conductive. The attachment to the
table top occurs via Velcro strap.
Patient positioning
p
g
In extreme position the patient weight of the table top is 180 kg as
well as in zero position 225 kg.
All the accessories and positioning aids needed for optimal surgery
can be attached using adaptable side rails.
There are fife trenches each side of the table top which are used to
fastening patients via body straps.
Coupling point Carbon
The table top has a special carbon coupling point for the use of
different adapters X-RAY wide to attach head positioning
accessories. The single, double and triple joints enable all
positions required in neurosurgery to be achieved with the required
precision.

Specification radiolucent areas
At maximum longitudinal shift, an area of 1,800 mm (71 in) is radiolu
ucent (with stationary column). If the table top is mounted to a mobile
column, the longitudinal shift area is limited by 300 mm to guarantee the
t stability of the column.
