BREAKING THE BONDS OF DUALITY Initiation
Part 1: Information
You have already read the first PDF which has a lot of information about the grids or structures
of duality, perception and the mind which have been so influenced by personal, karmic,
archetypal, collective, and familial programming. It is important to recognize that the
unmitigated you, the Source essence you, are not ANY of it! They have just been frequencies
of congealed thought that has continued to be pulsed into existence, kept alive through the
structures of mind.
Everything created has a form, including the Earth, the planets, the galaxies, a stone, an
animal, etc. Each has its own core which holds its frequency of Being, a unique signature of
consciousness that has its presets of perception, activity, and way of communicating and
communing with others.
So what is needed for you to open into grace, harmony, and oneness, is to adjust and pulse
heightened frequencies that are beyond, yet can contain, dualistic thought. So again, this is
the imprtance of clearing any connections to the human collective mind that resonates with
duality.
There is nothing right or wrong with duality.... the thought that there might be is itself coming
from duality. So many spiritual seekers yearn and try to disengage from aspects of being, yet it
comes from this kind of dualistic thinking. This is not to say there are not certain aspects of
life or self that might want to be shifted or changed; it means that if we come towards duality
with the lower mind or in reaction or attraction or repulsion toward it, we are simply
continuing to keep it alive! Following are some wonderful exercises to help you see how
much you might be still operating from the dualistic mind to solve the ‘problem’ of duality!
This is perhaps the most important concept we can ever understand about the spiritual
journey, if the inner urge is to propel you towards an all encomassing perspective and
embodiment of a true awakening. The more you awaken, the more you recognize your true
source of power of your life. Ultimately, Life moves us on an evolutionary journey, and it is up
to each of us how much we dilly dally, avoid, and contract against this current, or how much
we ride it as an expert surfer as we continue to shift and change according to each new wave.
You are a creator being, AND you are creation itself.
Part 2: 2 daily Self Discovery Meditations for this week’s lesson:
Duality, and Relationship with Self
Please do the following meditations and observations before your first listening to this
lesson’s “Breaking the Bonds of Duality” transformational MP3, daily during this lesson’s
week, and also on an ongoing basis thereafter as desired. As these become a part of your
daily practice, they continue to clear out old duality constructs and habits of mind from
your personal field. Your loving acceptance of what arises will assist you to firmly establish
yourself in a stance of Oneness and deep inner knowing.
Do not rush yourself. If you feel a lot is shifting for you and you need more time than a week
to integrate the energies and consciousness shifts, allow one more week between lessons.
Continue with these daily meditations and practices, and listen at least three times a week to
the transformational MP3 during this time.
Create a consistent time of day where you will have a quiet uninterrupted place to be with
yourself for 15 or more minutes. Gather a pen and paper and place them beside a chair.
Stretch a little and imagine your breath going throughout all of your body and mind, and
gently encourage them to open as much as they would like. Then settle into a comfortable
position, and write your answers to the questions below, noticing any body feelings,
emotions, and insights that come up for you.
A) Duality Meditations and Journaling: (morning, 15 or more minutes)
1) List opposites in your thinking and perception such as: black and white, good and
bad, right and wrong, lack and abundance, celibacy and sexuality, love and hate,
rich and poor, etc. Then explore your feelings of both sides of them. Write out the
stories you have been caught in around these opposites. Act them out, sing them,
dance them, draw them in a free and uncensored way.
2) Contemplate: What would the unifed or higher state of these opposites be? An
example is love and hate, with the expanded state perhaps being unconditional
appreciation or unconditional love. Black and white’s might be neutrality or
tolerance. Then ask yourself to expand your perception into that view.
3) Pay attention to recurrent issues in your day to day living to notice duality thinking.
See if you can go through a whole day catching every thought as it occurs and
looking at it with wonder, of just being present with it but not buying into it. This can
help you not attach to these kinds of thoughts or to the need for them, and give you
a neutral witness so as to dissolve this kind of thinking. (* see below)
B) Relationship with Self Meditation and Journaling: (evening, 15 or more minutes)
Answer these questions through journaling:
~ What were you taught as a child in regards to ‘us’ vs ‘them’?
~ Are you okay with feeling ALIVE?
~ Are you okay with being who you are?
~ Whose rules are you following?
~ Are you follwing your inner voice, or other peoples’ voices?
~ Are you still trying to prove yourself to anyone?
~ What is your level of tolerance of yourself?
~ Do you feel alone and disconnected from yourself?
~ Can you allow yourself to be spontaneous?
~ Do you second guess a lot after you know the answer?
~ How much flexibility in your body and mind do you notice?
~ How do you feel about God, or Source, or the creative power of life?
~ Do you feel your chakras and body open to the Infinite flow of abundance?
Lovingly come back to present time, and thank yourself for showing love and
kindness by having given your supportive attention to you.
Even after completion of this course, these meditative explorations are
exceedingly helpful to do often.
Part 3: 2 more daily practices for this week to support your new templates of
consciousness:
1) During your day, notice yourself perceiving and creating out of old dysfunctional
patterns. In what areas of your life do you notice it? Are you feeling this less the
more you do it over time? Write down your observations as they happen.
In the evening for 10 or more minutes, journal about this in a free flowing and nonrestricted manner.
2) At the beginning and end of each day this week, meditate for 5 or more minutes
as you ask and intend to disconnect from the unenlightened dualistic thought
patterning of the human life stream. Imagine and allow its release as you breathe
deeply as you tune into the core of your body. Then allow and bring in heightened
states of Oneness to fill yourself fully. Your intention and focus is enough; don’t worry
if you do not feel like you know how to do this. Your greater Being and your focus
together will accomplish it.
Part 4: Transformational MP3 instructions
Instructions for listening to the “Breaking the Bonds of Duality” transformational MP3:
Evening, 3+ times during week, up to 40 minutes:
Create a time and space where you will have a quiet uninterrupted place to be with
yourself. Stretch your body a little, releasing stress and tension from your body and
mind. Settle into a comfortable position, sitting or lying down. Intend your aura, your
personal energy field that looks like a luminous egg, to have a 3-4 feet diameter from
the center of your body, from the base of your torso up to the top of your head. Ground
with the Earth to 4-10 feet below you into the chi pool chakra, and all the way through
the Earth and above your head into the spaciousness of infinite Oneness. Simply be
open, receptive, and allow your transformation to occur as you listen to the MP3.
Please listen the first time for the full duration, as there are steps in it that must be
complete for your safe and full absorption and integration. At times you might feel
drawn to listening just to the tones; that is fine if you are guided to do so. It is fine if
you fall asleep while you listen. In fact, a great time to listen is right before you go to
sleep at night. Please listen to this entire recording at least three times this week. Good

Glossary:
aura: the personal energy field around your body which includes your subtle layers.
chakra: a vortex of spinning energy that extends though your body and aura. Brings in spiritual
power and provides communication with the universal field. Fuels the energetic systems which fuel
the mind and body.
channel: one of countless pathways in the body that subtle energies run through.
collective consciousness: the combined energetic field of the minds of all beings.
consciousness: the intelligence that directs all life, that IS all life.
electromagnetic: the electrical and magnetic aspects of the physical body.
energy: the power that animates all life.
energy center: the area in the vicinity of each chakra, including the physical body and the subtle
layers / bodies.
frequency / vibration: the quality and speed of energy that denotes its consciousness and form.
grid or lattice: the lines or matrix of energy, like the meridians in the body as described by Chinese
medicine, which are the pathways in your body, your subtle bodies, and the Earth. Provides a form or
structure for consciousness to experience life and beingness.
grounding: becoming very present in your body all the way through it and into the Earth and
beyond. Connection of your personality, your body and your higher Source, or Presence, to below
you and into the Earth. Inhabiting fully the core of your personal energy space.
harmonics of form: the quality of frequencies that make up the form of anything in creation; the
form itself and how it relates to the rest of creation.
kundalini: power lying dormant at the bottom of the spine, until it awakens and moves upward,
clearing and purifying constrictions in its path, especially through the chakras.
nexus, nodal points: places of intersection, connecting point in the grids.
Oneness: the Presence of creation that includes everything; knowing it is all one Being.
presence: the enlightened or Source energies constantly showing up as you; the power of attention
that creates all life. Being fully present or in Presence is from a sense of beingness, knowingness, that
is not using the thinking or cognitive mind; simply with a soft focus to discern what is present and
true. Seeing or knowing from a state of Oneness.
shakti, shakti cicuits: the moving power, current of the universe. Special light bodies’ circuits
where the shakti runs.
subtle bodies / subtle layers: the layers of a person’s aura that are rarified, with a faster vibrational
wave or oscillation than the physical body. They hold information and experiences and interact in the
other dimensional worlds. Can be seen or known with clairvoyant or clairgnostic senses.
tantra:
the nature of awakening as Oneness, all that is. Bodily sense of this vastness and
permeability, connection.
universal field: the field of frequencies and consciousness in which everything (Oneness) resides. Its
information is always known by those who tune in there.
veil: shroud or veil to block a person’s light so they can experience limitation or duality.
vibration: the quality and speed of energy that denotes its consciousness and form.
