Continue through the booking process confirming cost centre details,
credit card for hotel guarantee, accepting the flight fare conditions
and entering your Travel Authorisation Number (from Trobexis).

held ticket click the button
Warning: Placing bookings on
hold will require you to go back in
and confirm or cancel.
Once you click on
the BOOK button
your booking is
complete.
Need to Create a New Traveller Profile?
Step 1. Click Create New Profile from menu on left
Step 2. On the CONTACT tab complete : Title, First name, Surname,
Work Email, Home City, Work Address and Mobile number. Then on
the EMPLOYEE tab select Office and Travel Policy (RMIT Travel Policy
– General Policy)
Step 3. Save
Step 4. This traveller is now ready to book for.
