PROMOTION
-Please promote your show using all available avenues to ensure the largest possible crowd.
-Please post on all social media channels every 2-3 days. In the week leading up to the show, you should be posting on all your
pages at least once a day.

-Targeted e-mail blasts at least a week ahead of your show are also helpful.
-Posters can be dropped off or mailed to the below address. 2-3 copies max. Preferred size: 11” x 17”

PERFORMER HOSPITALITY/STAGE 3 BAR
-Performers receive one free drink and a wristband for $1 off any additional drinks the night of your show. Wristbands and
tickets can be picked up at the Stage 3 bar.
-The Stage 3 upstairs bar space (185 Orchard St.) is available as additional space for after-parties, merch, video screenings*,
meet and greets, or general gatherings before and after performances. Stage 3 is open to the public, accessible to the green
room and Stage 2, and offers a full bar as well as a live video and audio feed of the performance in Stage 2.
-*Videos must be stored on a laptop which can be connected to our projector via an Apple Mini Display Port
-If you are interested in hosting an after-party here, let me know, as there may be additional deals and opportunities available.
-There is a shared green room space for all Stage 2 and 3 acts. As this is a shared space, we ask that you please protect your
belongings. We cannot assume responsibility for the safety or security of any personal items.
SETTLEMENT
-Payment will be issued by check on the night of your performance. Please meet with a manager before leaving the venue.
-We will need a W9 in order to process payment. Please send one over at your earliest convenience.
PRODUCTION
1. Please provide a stage plot and/or input list ASAP. If you do not have one available, send a complete list of instrumentation
and vocal mics needed.
2. Photography, audio, & video recordings: We offer multi-track audio recordings, for a fee. If you are interested, I can send
through details. Please note that any AV recording needs to be approved at least 48 hours prior to the show. There may be fees
associated with video recording. Photography and video approval (when given) apply to performance footage only (no B-roll).
3. Load-in/soundcheck/parking:
-Stage 3 is run festival style. Load-in is no later than 30 minutes before your show at 185 Orchard Street. As soon as the
previous show ends, we’ll get you downstairs for a quick check before doors.
-Parking is on the street: metered parking is available in front of the venue, street parking on side streets, and there is a big
garage on Essex St. if necessary.
4. Stage 3 Backline is below. Please note that Stage 3 is a small/quiet room. We generally recommend scaled down
configurations, particularly regarding drums.
