*During the Unmoderated Caucus the delegates work on their Working Paper, then the
delegates present their Working Paper, after choosing the best working paper by a voting
process, the delegates write their Solution Paper and Present it to the chair. (The working Paper
and Solution Paper need to be done with the corresponding vocabulary).
The chair check the Solution Paper, if they agree with it, the Solution Paper will pass and the
session will be over, if by any chance the chair doesn't agree with it or has grammatical
mistakes, the delegates must make it again until it passes.
*The moderator always gives permission to speak, sit down and stand up.
*Point of order/motion of the right of the reply can be use at any moment without asking
permission.
*Everytime a delegate wants to ask a question in a Moderated Caucus, they have to say –Point
of information and the moderator will answer –established
