Department of Biological Sciences A. Matriculated Prior to: Fall 2011 B. First Biology Major Course: General Biology (taken prior to Fall 2011) C. Students Declaring Biology Major after: September 2011 Bachelor of Arts in Biology Graduating Seniors – Course Audit Students preparing to graduate must meet with their major advisor to audit their Biology Degree Requirements. This should be done early in the semester prior to their terminal undergraduate semester of study. To complete the Graduation Audit process, students must bring a hard copy of their transcript to the meeting (unofficial transcript is acceptable). The student and advisor will verify all properly completed courses (minimum: 38 credits with C or better) and prepare a plan of action for any additional courses or requirements that must be completed in the terminal semester. The audit is formally recorded on the attached Graduation Audit sheet. Both student and advisor must sign the audit to verify that all information provided is accurate and correct and that the student and advisor are in agreement with the academic plan for the terminal semester. After completing the audit, the student must bring the completed audit to the department office so that copies can be made for the student, advisor, and for department files. You must file for graduation throught the Office of Academic Services. Specific deadlines and instructions are at http://www.ncas.rutgers.edu/graduation. You may scan this QR with your smart-phone to acces this webpage. Please notice that the audit process is independent of the Certification for Graduation in the Major, which is done after you file for graduation online Updated 28Jan13 ADVISOR–STUDENT BACHELOR OF ARTS Department of Biological Sciences BIOLOGY MAJOR AUDIT FORM For students matriculating prior to Fall 2011 STUDENT NAME ADVISOR NAME ID NUMBER 5.
